The perspex heels are probably Ego’s best seller, but there are a huge range of other heels that they stock too. Stilettos, kitten heels, blocks, wedges and more all make up their offering. Their range of flats include trainers as well as summer favourites like sandals and sliders. Ego’s mules are also popular and they have a selection of boots too, featuring ankle boots all the way up to knee high ones. Bags and other accessories complete their offerings. Everything they sell is made by them, meaning they’re not a third party seller of brands, so the savings can be passed on to you. It’s just one way in which Ego are helping you to save money, and here are a few more:

Sale – As well as having the occasional flash sale as well as end of season sales, the Ego website has a well stocked sale section too. You can browse through their huge number of sale items or search through categories like girls’ shoes, heels and price categories ranging from £20 and under to £5 and under.

Free Delivery – Ego have plenty of delivery options, and plenty of opportunities to get delivery for free. For standard delivery, which takes around 2-3 working days to arrive, it would typically cost £2.99, but if you spend over £50 it’s free. For next working day and Saturday deliveries, if you spend over £99 then you won’t have to pay the usual £4.99 postage fee. They also offer a tracked and a special delivery service (costing £4.99 and £7.99 respectively), but no free versions are available for either.

Student Discount – If you’re in full time tertiary education then you could take advantage of their student discount offer. Normally offering around 10-20% discount through Unidays or Youth Discount, they can sometimes be used in conjunction with other offers, but you’re more likely to find better offers here with our Ego discount vouchers.

Klarna – Probably the worst thing about online shopping, especially when it comes to clothes and shoes, is that you can’t try on or look at a product before parting with your hard earned money. However, Klarna solves that problem. When you place an order and select Klarna as your payment option, you can choose to either ‘buy now, pay later’ (in which you’ll have 30 days in which to pay) or choose to pay in three interest-free installments (one upfront and the next two 30 and 60 days after payment). If you choose the pay later option, you can return your items before the 30 days elapse and you won’t be charged.

How do I use Ego promotional codes?

They’re quick and simple to use. Here’s a handy guide which tells you what to do:

1. Choose which of our Ego discount vouchers you want to use.

2. Once you’ve decided, click on the ‘Get Code’ button next to the offer.

3. A box will open up, and inside it there’s text that reads ‘Reveal & Copy Code’. Click on that to have the code copied to your clipboard.

4. In a new tab, the Ego website will open up. Go there to do your shoe shopping like normal.

5. Once you’ve finished your shopping and you’re ready to pay, head on over to the ‘View Bag’ section.

6. Paste your code into the box marked ‘Discount Code’ and hit ‘Submit’. The code will be accepted, provided it’s still in date, and your order total will be updated to reflect the discount.

A ‘Get Offer’ button might sit next to a deal instead of a ‘Get Code’ one. This means that no code is required as the offer is already on their site. So to claim that offer, click the button to be taken to it on Ego’s website. Alternatively watch our YouTube guide for more information on how to save:

What is Ego’s Returns Policy?

If you for whatever reason have changed your mind on an item after receiving it, then you typically have 30 days in which to return it. Any items sent back must be in their original condition with all their packaging still intact. Shoes that have been dirtied or damaged by use will not be accepted, but any returns you do make can be done for free with their returns postage label, that you can find right here. Unfortunately they don’t do direct exchanges, so if you want to swap a product for a different size or colour then you’ll have to follow the normal returns procedure and place a new order for the product you want. If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, then get in touch with their customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the problem in question to an email.

How can I contact their Customer Services?

There are a handful of ways in which you can get in touch with Ego. First, check out their FAQs section to see if your query has already been answered, and if it hasn’t then you can email them on [email protected] and they’ll try to get back to you within 48 hours. They don’t have a phone number listed on their site, but you can find them on social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. They have a really positive score on Trustpilot too, so whatever your issues, they’ll be able to sort them out.

Your Need to Know Guide to Shopping at Ego

Perspex Shoes – See-through heels are very much in vogue, which is why Ego’s range of them is doing so well. If you’re not afraid to make a statement, then you could opt for one of their brighter colours. Or if you’re looking to pair them with a muted outfit, then you might want to go for one of their nude or darker colours instead. Coming in a variety of mules, stiletto and block heels, there are plenty of perspex choices to suit any fashion style. Take a look at what YouTuber Patricia Bright thought about them in her review:

Flats – Let’s be honest, wearing heels isn’t the most comfortable. On a relaxed day, you probably want to opt for a pair of flat shoes instead. Well at Ego, you have the choice between chunky trainers, which are great for any time of the year, and sandals or sliders that are perfect for a summer sunset stroll on the beach.

Bags and Accessories – It’s not just shoes that Ego do. They have a decent range of colourful crossbody bags as well as masks, hats and belts, jewellry, hair accessories and sunglasses. Also the perfect accompaniment to a pair of their shoes is a pair of their socks or tights, and if you want to stay indoors that’s ok, because they have a line of loungewear too.
