You can also get 250 bonus points on your first order meaning you can move up to the Bronze level. How do I use Crafter’s Companion promotional codes?

They’re very easy to use. Just take a look at this quick little guide:

1. Choose which one of our offers you want to use.

2. Once you’ve decided, hit the ‘Get Code’ button next to your chosen offer.

3. A pop up box will then open, and inside it click where it says ‘Reveal & Copy Code’. The code will then be copied to your clipboard ready for pasting.

4. The Crafter’s Companion site will then open in a new tab, so go there to do your shopping like you usually would.

5. Once you’ve finished your browsing and you’re ready to buy, head on over to the checkout by hitting the basket icon and selecting ‘Checkout’.

6. Once you’re at the payment screen, paste your code into the box marked ‘Enter discount code’ and hit ‘Apply Discount’. Provided the code’s still in date, it will be accepted and your order total updated.

Sometimes, instead of a ‘Get Code’ button, there’ll be a ‘Get Offer’ button next to a deal. This means that the offer is already on their site, so no code is required. All you need to do is click the button to be taken to the Crafter’s Companion site to claim your discount.

What is their Returns Policy?

If you’ve changed your mind about any part of your Crafter’s Companion order, then you’ll have 30 days in which to return any items. Anything that you do send back must be in a ‘new’ condition, and things like DVDs and CDs won’t be accepted if the seal is broken. When sending an order back, do encase a note specifying why you wish to return the item(s), and if you’re looking for an exchange instead of a refund they can facilitate that too. Unfortunately you will have to pay for return postage, and the address to send any items back to is: Crafter’s Companion, Returns Department, Unit 1 Horndale Avenue, Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6DR. If your items arrived damaged, then your returns postage will be refunded after you send the faulty item(s) back.
